VEGAN CHOCOLATE GANACHE
A marvelous recipe, great for making simple truffles, merely using a quality dark chocolate and coconut milk.
- 0.150 kg coconut milk
- 0.025 kg coconut oil
- 0.125 kg dark chocolate 70%
- 0.001 kg salt
Bring the milk to the boil and pour it over the chocolate.
Slowly stir in the milk until dispersed.
Add the oil and continue to stir slowly until the mix is homogeneous.
Add a dash of salt to taste.
