VEGAN CHOCOLATE GANACHE

A marvelous recipe, great for making simple truffles, merely using a quality dark chocolate and coconut milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 0.150 kg coconut milk
  • 0.025 kg coconut oil
  • 0.125 kg dark chocolate 70%
  • 0.001 kg salt

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk to the boil and pour it over the chocolate.
  • Slowly stir in the milk until dispersed.
  • Add the oil and continue to stir slowly until the mix is homogeneous.
  • Add a dash of salt to taste.
